About me

I transmit the depth of yogic tradition through a grounded, therapeutic, and deeply human approach—designed not just to move the body, but to restore balance, deepen self-awareness, and support lasting well-being.

With 500 hours of certified training in Portugal and India, my teaching blends the structure of Ashtanga, the therapeutic focus of Hatha, the stillness of Yin, and the wisdom of Ayurveda and modern science.

My classes are inclusive, accessible, and rooted in real-life experience—offering a safe space for students to meet themselves exactly as they are.




A former finance professional who faced burnout, back pain, and chronic stress firsthand, I understand the physical and emotional toll of modern life—and how yoga can be a powerful path to healing.


In addition to my asana teaching, I integrate the power of voice through mantra and sound. I regularly facilitates workshops that explore self-expression and inner connection through guided meditation, voice activation, and singing circles. These practices complement my therapeutic approach, offering students an embodied experience of presence, resonance, and emotional release.
